Catesby Property Group are promoting the application for a £15million retail and leisure park, accessed from the Stratton Road in Bude Cornwall. This follows exhibitions and public consultation and discussions with the Local Council.
Plans include 75,000 square feet of non food retail space, a Hotel, a pub/restaurant, and a medical centre to include Doctors surgery Dentist and pharmacy. It is estimated that once complete the development could provide for around 100 new local jobs.
Further adjacent land ( circa 47 acres) is being promoted through the Local Development Framework to provide for identified housing requirements to include Affordable Homes to meet local Housing needs. This will include further transport and infrastructure upgrades’ and the provision of community facilities for the town of Bude.
