It will provide four new phases of development on the Business Park which spans 120 acres and is the largest development of its kind in South Yorkshire.
For sale and in development on these phases are industrial units from 2,000sqft up to 20,0000sqft. There is also some high quality office space available in self-contained units from 1500sqft to 3000sqft known as Atlas.
