Catesby Property Group is promoting a 15 acres site within the market town of Holsworthy. The site, which was formerly the Showground, is in a sustainable location within a short walk of the town centre and adjacent to an industrial estate – one of the main sources of employment in Holsworthy.
Proposals involve building some 150 new homes, including affordable housing which will enable local people to remain in the area, together with scope for improvements to local recreational facilities.
Discussions are currently taking place with Torridge District Council to bring forward the new development, in conjunction with the emerging Local Development Framework to benefit the local community.
