Mark Bellinger : Managing Director, London
Mark qualified as a surveyor in 1984 and served his time working at Healey and Baker (now Cushman Wakefield); his experience lies in all aspects of property development having worked in the industry for over 20 years.
Prior to joining Catesby, Mark was MD at Keystone Housing, a specialist mixed use development company focused on delivering sustainable homes and employment space primarily on brown field sites. Previous to this Mark worked at The Berkeley Group as Land Director for Berkeley First, with responsibility for site identification, land acquisition and managing the planning process. Mark also worked very closely with financial institutions and Housing Associations on delivering student and affordable housing schemes.

Rob Heasman : Land Director
Rob is responsible for Catesby Regeneration’s land acquisition and delivery programme in London and the South East on sites with potential for residential, mixed use development or student accommodation. Rob has over 10 years experience in acquiring and implementing sites of this nature. His qualifications in urban planning and subsequent membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute form the basis on which land opportunities are assessed. Practical experience with acquisitions and local knowledge of the operational area has, prior to his current position at Catesby, been developed at Redrow Homes, Berkeley Homes and Keystone Housing.

Nick Scott : Land Manager
Having gained a degree in Economics, Nick has over four years experience in the sourcing and procurement of new sites for future residential and mixed use development. In particular for the last three years Nick has focused on the unconditional purchase of brownfield land in London and the South East. He has a sound understanding of all aspects of the development sector including the planning process and has a wide range of relevant contacts. A prominent aspect of Nick’s work in recent years has also been the delivery of sites for affordable led residential development and this has meant developing a good understanding of the affordable market as well as forming strong relationships with Housing Associations.

Andrew Southern : Development Director
Andrew is responsible for all residential acquisition and development in London and the South East. Previously, he was responsible for all Major Projects at Countryside Properties where he delivered 316 units in Meath Gardens, Bethnal Green. The scheme was delivered ahead of programme, on budget and with the highest scoring quality control to date. Prior to Countryside Andrew was Associate Director for Mace Ltd working in Project Management. His roles were varied from the London Eye, the world’s largest observation wheel.
Andrew holds a Masters of Engineering, Architectural Engineering (MEng) and is an Incorporated Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (ICIOB).
