John Scott : Managing Director, Sustainable Developments
John has previously held the position of Managing Director for several Plc companies in the house building industry including Charles Church and Crosby Homes (Midlands). His role at Catesby looks at new property ventures and strategic land interest as well as residential and commercial speculative development.

John Acres : Director of Planning, Sustainable Developments
John joins Catesby in January 2008 to strengthen the strategic land and planning capabilities for sustainable developments. He has an MSc in the Geography of Urban & Regional Planning and a Diploma in Town & Country Planning. He joins Catesby from Redrow Homes (Midlands) where was Senior Planning Manager. He has previously worked for the House Builder’s Federation, the GLC, the National Mobility Office and has been a Government Commissioner for the Commission on Affordable Rural Housing.

Lee Barrett : Development Director
Lee’s former role was Major Project Development Director at David Wilson Homes. He has over 15 years’ experience in the industry working in both development and contracting. He was involved in the design and delivery of major residential developments including mixed use and commercial. His role at Catesby is to oversee commercial development nationwide. Lee has a degree in Civil Engineering and a Diploma in Geotechnical Engineering.
