Catesby Property Group was established in 1996 by property entrepreneur Eric Grove, who remains the company’s Chairman. Today the Group is lead by Paul Brocklehurst as Chief Executive and in addition to being able to draw on Eric’s considerable experience in the property sector he is also able to obtain assistance from Graeme McCallum as non-executive Director.

The Group’s existing portfolio of some 4,000 plots includes affordable homes, prime city residential addresses, mixed-use schemes within designated government growth points and 120 acre commercial estates.
