Catesby Property Group was established in 1996 by property entrepreneur Eric Grove, who remains the company’s Chairman. Today Eric is assisted by non-exec Board Directors Graeme McCallum and Mike Tanner who provide senior level experience.

The Group has specialist divisions dealing with Residential Development, Regeneration projects, Commercial Development and Land & Planning.

The breadth of knowledge and expertise enables us to provide appropriate solutions to the many complex challenges facing today’s business environment; sustainability, methods of construction, specialised markets, mixed-use schemes and community planning.

The Group’s existing portfolio of some 12,000 plots includes affordable homes, prime city residential addresses, mixed-use schemes within designated government growth points and 120 acre commercial estates.

As a privately owed company, the Catesby Property Group benefits from strong financial backing and is always looking for new opportunities. These can be agreed on outright purchase terms on a joint basis with landowners, or by Catesby Property Group providing development finance and expertise.
