The Catesby Estates team recently took a break from our land promotion portfolio for our annual Team Day, combining a rewarding day of volunteering with an evening of mystery, murder and plenty of laughter!

This year, we spent the day volunteering at Chiltern Open Air Museum in Buckinghamshire, a charity dedicated to rescuing and restoring historic buildings and celebrating the region’s heritage.

Giving Back to the Community

The team rolled up their sleeves and got stuck into a range of practical tasks, helping to support the Museum and its ongoing conservation work.

After a busy day volunteering, we swapped our work clothes for some rather impressive costumes for an interactive murder mystery dinner.

Team Day 2026

A Night of Mystery and Murder!

The evening saw teams uncovering clues, questioning suspects and attempting to solve the mystery over dinner.

Dinner Team Building

Our annual Team Day is always a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships across our two offices and bring colleagues together outside the usual working environment.

A big thank you to everyone at Chiltern Open Air Museum for welcoming us, and especially to Olivia Trodd  for organising another successful Team Day.
